there is no such thing as both cheap and quality...you have to be prepared to pay more than 'cheap', but I can help you buy excellent quality, natural cosmetics/make-up here in Doha at wholesale price if you're interested...these are American natural health products based on organically grown Aloe Vera, and also some products are mineral-based...they're really fantastic products and perfect for our skin...at middle-of-the-road prices but TOP quality products :)
