Where to find party dress tailors?

My wife has found a nice dress design that she wants to stitch to attend my brothers wedding. We require information on where to stitch such a dress. If anybody has had the experience please help or if anyone has Qatari female friends you may ask them to provide some names.

u can try in the souq area, souq asiri, souq aldira and al jabor, i saw a lot of ladies tailor there.
