During the festival, Ahlibank will have a special pavilion with many activities that suit all ages, in a step that reflects its commitment to support this festival in line with its social responsibility programme and the pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030. Ahlibank’s support stems from its relentless endeavour to contribute to reviving Qatar’s cultural heritage, its efforts to preserve purebred Arabian horse breeds and to enhance its position as a global destination for major international sport events and tournaments.
On this occasion, Mr Mohamed Mousa Al Namla, Deputy CEO Business Support, Services & Human Resources at Ahlibank, said: “For the third year in a row, our strategic partnership continues with Katara as the Exclusive Banking Sponsor of this festival. This contributes to the success of this distinguished festival, which is receiving great demand and growing international interest. Our support for this event originates from our belief in the necessity of preserving our cultural heritage and ancient Qatari traditions by supporting Arabian horse breeds, especially as this is a fundamental pillar of the Bank's social responsibility programme.”
Mr. Al Namla added, “Hosting such festivals enhances Qatar’s position as an important hub on the international tournaments calendar and an ideal destination for hosting major international sporting events. This is another testament to the great achievement the whole world witnessed in the excellent organisation, creativity, and capabilities that Qatar showed during FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. We say a big thank you to everyone who will participate in this festival and contribute to its success. Special thanks to the Katara Cultural Village Foundation and its entire management team for giving us this opportunity.”
