Qatari Hajj Mission earns recognition with Quality Initiative Award

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah recognized Qatari Hajj Mission with the quality initiative award for Qatars’ pilgrims for Hajj season 1444 AH. The annual closing ceremony in Makkah Al Mukaramah organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah along with the Pilgrims Experience Program recognized Qatar Hajj Mission for its notable efforts to provide the best services to pilgrims.

The ceremony was presided over by important dignitaries including Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan bin Mohammed Al Rabiah, HE Minister of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Mohammed A. Ismail, CEO of Pilgrims Experience Program. Both honored the winners of the ‘Labitam’ awards’ 2nd edition for excellence in pilgrims’ services.

The Qatari Hajj Mission was chosen among 33 offices for the quality initiative award and Ali bin Sultan Al Misifri, the Deputy Head of the Qatar Hajj Mission was honored with it.

Al Misifri also lauded the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for extending their cooperation and facilitating superior services to pilgrims and Umrah performers. He further praised the efforts of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Tawafa Establishment for South Asian Pilgrims who promoted the expeditation of Hajj rites by pilgrims.
