Any problem with jumblo or free call????

Hai friends...

I am trying to access my jumblo and free call software but it cant get connected as an error message saying tht the username/ password is wrong. So i send password request mail and i got their mail as i have entered the right password, but it s not working... Any body with the same problem... plz help...
