Can anyone please help me

I arrived here in Qatar on visit visa and thereafter got a job in a Qatari company and am feeling very disappointed and depressed about my state of affairs considering the fact that I am paid below average for my kind of job having certification that too. Also I was really shocked to find out that leaving a job leads to a 2 year ban. Also I learnt that my current company does not give a NOC if I resign. I am basically into IT programming(software). If anybody could please guide/help me I would be very grateful.

guide/help you - in what exactly?

How to increase your salary?

how to get a NOC letter?

how to avoid 2-year ban?

i don't think any of this could be achieved...

-avoiding 2 years ban - for sure NO

-getting NOC letter if Company doesn't want to issue it - NO, as i understand you even didn't serve your fist term of the contract?

-increasing your salary - very doubtful considering current crisis..

all you can do either take it or leave it (even though i personally hate this expression, but in your case i think this is either one way or another)

But u said u came no a visit visa and what visa are you in now? company work visa? if the later being the case, sorry very few chances of getting out. since this is the job u choose to accept i can only share my sympathy but literally no one can help you out, as thats the rule of this land.. talk to the company if they can give you a NOC if you are prepared to pay the money they spent on your visa and all, that might be a fair deal instead of asking a release just after the company spent on you.. also work for the company for a year to win their good will and then try... again dont take my word for it, u know whats best for you. god bless.
