Dell Inspiron i7, 8gb RAM, 1gb VRam - Where can i buy below QR3.2k

i am planning to buy this laptop but everywhere i go they're too expensive (Lulu Hypermarket 3700qr, Hyatt Plaza 3650qr, and so on) based on the prices i've seen on the internet.

microsoft.store.com sells its i5 version for 799USD or 2876.4QR if converted, so if imported from other countries the price would be slightly higher.

anyone knows where i can find cheaper than that on lulu?

@kanievas haha that woul be the best answer but i dont have a visa card or something for me to purchase online. o you know any shop here in doha that sells laptops that is cheap? thanks
