Does anyone know where I can get a capture card?

Does anyone know where I can get a capture card or is anyone selling one? I am actually desprately in need of one. If you even know if anyone you know has one PLEASE ask them where they got their's. Thanks :)

Hi i have a Roxio HD Capture card for sale which is actually better

than a HD PVR it is smaller less heavy and easier to use.
