E-mail sending problem.

Dear friends,

Now these days i conn't send e mails from my institution where i have 6 computers.I am using M.S outlook 2007.I have q tel broad band connection.While sending mails,am getting an error"Outlook can't connect your smtp server....",but i am receiving mails.So, help me to solve this problem please....

dude, your ip is blacklisted by qtel and they blocked your smtp port 25, reason may be you are sending spam mails, Clean your network and call qtel to white list your ip

Are you using pop3 or imap or etc
