green screen problem viewing videos

hi
i am having problem in viewing videos, it gets a green background (checker boxes kind of)in all the players and also online videos..... its ok in a smaller screen but the problem occurs when i view it in full screen mode. can anyone advice me on this, any settings to be changed or so...

Could be a codec issue. Try downloading and installing the k-lite codec pack and see if it fixes the issue.
