Internet connection 1 MB

Hi, I am currently using 1MB internet connection from Qtel and now my neighbour family asking me to share the connection with me.So my question is it will affect our internet connectiong speed.?Plz advise me.

go for 2 mbps thats best if you share.Again if they download or use torrent clients then the speed will be down. Check your speed by using www.speedtest.qa

Sharing is not a bad idea if you know and trust your neighbout but it will affect your speed for sure.

If either of you are downloading lots of files (music, video, etc) it will affect the other. Keep your connection for yourself.

Of course it does - if you lovely neighbor or his daughter start watching movies and youtube your juice runs very thin

the connection is lousy already (you never have 1MB anyway just a few 100's)

anything he does on the net you are liable. if his laptop is not secured and someone is intruding, it is your signature. Maybe he keeps on sharing too..

adding one more user will not affect the speed connection that much...
