login for Ooredoo Netgear Orbi administration?

I have Ooredoo's Netgear Orbi kit (base station + 1 satellite) for sharing the broadband connection throughout my house (G+2).

Lately I've been having problems, with the internet connection dropping constantly in the room on the top floor.

Trying to reposition the satellite unit hasn't helped.

I'd like to see if changing certain router settings (such as frequency band, daisy chaining etc.) can fix the issue.

However for that I need the router configuration page's login/password. I have tried the default logins (admin/admin, admin/password, etc.) and also the network key used to connect to the internet, but none of these work. I prefer not to do a factory reset.

Does anyone know what the password might be or how I might obtain it? (Maybe ooredoo use the same password for all customers or write it down somewhere.)
