Messenger in BlackBerry

Dears..
I am using a black berry and from the time of purchase never have been able to log in to Yahoo or Gtalk. every time the message comes "Service not enable for this hand held.". I called up 111 and they told to delete and download again. but the same thing happens now also. Iam having a blackberry service from Qtel. Do you think there is a solution

Try to uninstall the Messenger MSN, Yahoo or Gtalk in BlackBerry and install again from the internet in your BlackBerry also check with Q-tel about your connection service.

if yes then reinstall them.
