Problem

hello....

What can I do?i need some help..after the number changing process in Qatar my mother who stays in India is not able to call me using her BSNL Land Line....any of my fellow Indians having the same problem? and if possible a solution to it please will be much appreciated....

Did she tried from any other phone apart from BSNL?...let her try and chk it out the you get the solution.
