Q Tel Delaying in Providing new connection
I have applied for a new Landline connection with ADSL on 30th December 2009. Still no response from Qtel and no satisfactory replies in 111/115. Any one out there who is also facing the same problems?. any idea how it can be resolved or why this delay? Expected date of resolution. Thanks in advance.

same thing happen with my application for mozaic tv,ADSL,landline.unfortunately its already more than one month waiting but still nobody came for installation.I called several times 115 and it takes almost 30 mins of waiting for somebody to answer,unluckily theirs still no appointment and instructed me to wait for 1 week more,after 1 week of waiting nobody came to install,another call I make,they said i have schedule wednesday anytime from 7am-6pm,but i waited for nothing.so,i call 115 again and what a fate twice now they said they already send complain but until now I'm still waiting for the response.

I have a similar problem with Q Tell. I have asked for shifting of my existing line to the street just behind , and they say it takes 10 working days. I do not understand why must all the jobs be treated and put in a single Q . Why not easy and quick jobs be handeled faster. Well all this can be done only if you have a VISION and Objective. The no 115 is a PAIN and it is SHAMEFULL that it takes some times as long as 20 minutes of waiting and that also has a recorded message talking of Quality service that is the HIGHT of Quality.

I have always had the best service from QTEL. They dont suckkkkkkkkkkkkk, I guess they dont like u guys. hehehehehehehehehe.

Hi i too had the same problem and got connection after long struggle by the help came thru qatar living.
just keep asking help from qatar living and someone from qtel customer service will help u to get it fast.
I applied on Jan 3rd. Keep waiting. Qtel sucks!
We are of the same problem, and I do not know what is Qtel's problem regarding service installation.
If they lack adequate and enough staff, they should employ more...
keep on waiting.... i got mine after 2 months.... hope u get it soon.... but simply go to najada branch of QTEL and burst out......
Did you get any reference number from QTEL. If you have the number call 111 and ask them for the status of that number and they will let you know when the technician from Qtel will be coming to install your connection.
