I am new to internet. So could anyone help me with email. My questions are:

1) Which is the fastest email service available?
2) How can I get back the mail I send, especially if I have only one copy with me?

you have a lot of options, you can try the common emails like yahoomail, gmail or hotmail. Each one are saving sent items for your copy.

You can use

www.gmail.com

you can always get back to your sent email in Sent folder.
