I had a similar problem about a month ago. You are very unlikely to find someone that can repair your router.
You may have some luck calling the manufacturer and sending them the router through the mail. But your best, fastest and least expensive option is probably to buy a new router.
I was able to find a decent (not amazing) NetGear KWGR614 router for 300 QAR at the computer souq (it's around the A-Ring in Doha).
Go for new Router only. Repairing the old router or purchasing the new router doesn't make much difference. Here in qatar for repairing the things they will charge high amount.
