solution to unlock HUWAIE E173 U1 dongle

Dear friend in QL need urgent help

When we installed HUWAIE E173 U1 dongle in lap top some application in the home page are not functioning and disabled. Please give me correct solution to unlock.
NB:-I want use Vodafone /Qtel Sim card
