Is there anyone who could help me to set up MAC AIR book ?

I will really appreciae if there is anyone who could set up my Mac Air book (Brand New) for reasonable price including installtion of Windows and downloading some messangers on it, and explaining some of its features of environment etc.Please sms me 55869478 Abdulla.
