webcam driver open fail - help

Dear friends, whenever i try to open inbuilt camera on my Toshiba satellite u400 notebook, it gives the above pop up message, saying webcam driver open fail. I tried many things but didnt work, some of them are intalling bios, reinstall webcam drivers and so on, pls somebody help me for this, thanks in advance!
