Authentic Asian Noodles in Doha? (Laksa, Pho, Wonton, Ramen etc.)

Having recently arrived in Doha, I haven't been able to explore much of the city yet for good authentic East/S.East Asian noodles. One qualifier I should say is that I fully understand that pork isn't available in dining establishments generally speaking, so it will be near impossible to make most authentic recipes for many of the dishes.

I have been underwhelmed by the portion sizes, quality, and taste of what's available from "The Noodle House" in City Center Mall. Their "Singaporean style" fried rice vermicelli as well as the Laksa was nowhere near authentic nor good value for money.

I've read some good reviews of Ninja Ramen, looking forward to trying that out especially for the shio and shouyu soup bases. Just need to be able to get a booking now!

If anyone has suggestions for good tasting and good value for money places in Doha for Laksa, Pho, Beef Brisket Ho Fan etc. please let me know!
