Qatar always focuses on high end shopping malls and restaurants. Where do all the middle class or low class go? A normal earning family cannot afford to spend QR.500 or more for a single meal. Qatar needs malls for middle class expats, not just LuLu, Safari or similar ones alone.
low and middle eaters should eat @ home same like me :) :P :D
low ender - Indian/Pakistani/bangla ones. Lots of low end restaurant by keralites are available.
MM: Outlets run by Keralites could be the answer.
