Oryx Rotana Sky Lounge, worst service for 5 star

I had a bad experience yesterday during my visit to Oryx Rotana's sky lounge, service was absoutely horrible for a 5 star hotel. Me and my guest sat on the seat and this lady took our order. Our order was simple, iced coffee with sugar and iced lemon tea. After 20 minutes have passed, no drinks....REALLY how long does it take to just make 2 simple drinks. I went to the counter and asked if the servers knew about our order, they looked puzzled. I told them you must have forgottened our orders and they said they were busy. What kind of response is that at a 5 star hotel lounge! I looked around and everyone else had drinks on their table and they have almost finished their drinks. I really don't know what these servers were doing behind their desks, but they didn't seem busy at all. After my follow up and only after I followed up, the drinks were made quickly and served. The iced coffee had no sugar and the lemon tea did not have any tea taste to it. WELL DONE ORYX ROTANA SKY LOUNGE, you have the worst lounge service ever. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone, please comment if you have similar experiences with them there.
