Any UG Courses for Plus 2 failed candidates in Qatar?.

My spouse has 3 arrear papers in her Plus two (PUC). Is there any universities offering Under Graduation courses for the Plus Two failed candidates (like combined 4 years degree after 10th)?.

Please message me if anyone has any idea about this?.

pass the arrear and then go for UG. definitely she dont have a transfer certiifcate due to the arrears.
