Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing/Sales Supervisor to oversee and manage our sales operations, with a particular focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with local hypermarkets and large retail chains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, specifically in dealing with fresh produce, and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing within the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share in the local hypermarkets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other large retailers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Qatari market.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to local consumers.
• Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of local experience in sales and marketing within the food industry, preferably with a focus on fresh produce.
• Extensive experience dealing with local hypermarkets and large retail chains in Qatar.
• Strong understanding of the Qatari market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English ,with Qatar driving license is preferred.
