Need help with transferring schools

We are switching our son from one school to an another one, the problem is that his current school is currently going on while the other one is about to start. I went to his current school today to remove his name and they told me that SEC will not let me switch schools because they will not let you change schools in the middle of the school year, any idea on how can we switch to an another school with this issue?

Can Anyone throw some advise in relation to the transferring the school from Doha to India during summer vacation? & whether school will issue the TC during /after the summer vacation to a authorized person??
