Black margins around display

2 months ago I bought HP pavilion touchsmart laptop.It had windows8 inbuilt arabic language so I made a clean install of windows8 professional and updated all the drivers.Bt I found that it has got black margins of around 2 inch round the display prebootloading/startup and even after windows boots.I tried to do whatever possible like checking settings on bios, settings in graphics properties,changing resolutions,updating bios etc.Nothing worked.pls suggest if there is anything that can repair it before claiming the warranty coz I don't think it is huge issue to go to service centre or whatsoever.Thanks
