if you are using black old one you do not need any user id and password unless anyone have set it, just type 192.168.1.254 and the administrative page will open.
to set up the modem you must need the user id provided by q-tel which is generally the land phone number of the subscriber following by "p" or "q" or "s" etc.and password is "qatar12" or "123"

call 8008000 from your land line they will reset and give you the new password.
go to qtel and have your own password k.
