Does anyone know if the dish antenna that is used for Tata Sky reception in Qatar works for Tata Sky Plus too? I have heard that a bigger dish may be required for TS+. Anyone using TS+ out here?
Does Tata Sky plus have high definition channels ? Does the receiver have a HDMI interface and how's the quality of picture compared to the older receiver ?
the onyl difference is the LNB camera it will require 2 ouputs for the TS+. meaning 2 cables running down into the TS+ decoder, rest all the same, it works fine in Qatar
The dish size is the same. The only thing which changes are the LNB (camera). When you get your Tata Sky Plus Set-Top-Box contact some dish dealer and they will come and install a dual LNB.
Dual LNB is required because you need to inputs into STB since with TS+ you can record one channel while watching another.

It is the same dish; the difference lies in the set-top-box...AFAIK that was the case back home
