How do you fix Playstation 3 NAT types issue?

I've Mosiac connection provided Thompson TG585 v7 Router by Qtel. I'm not able to connect to a user in order to play online. (Multiplayer mode is working fine, considering im not the host). I was trying to connect to a friend on COD: Black ops but i realized my NAT Type is 2. To make it work, NAT-1 is required, I've tried different setting but in vain. How do i change my NAT type from 2 to 1. Any sorta help would be appreciated. Thanks!
