How to fix Humax Receiver Noise?

I have installed an all new sattellite tv system (Tv,humax receiver, dish...etc). I am getting noise from the tv speaker when the receiver is connected to it. this noise is there even if the receiver is muted. the noise is proportinate to the TV vloume level. I took my receiver to the shop where i bought it and the same noise was there at the shop! then the seller tried another receiver with his own tv-dish setup.. yet the noise is coming. he told this is a humax problem!! Please advise if you have the same problem. The receiver model is Humax IR-FREE and takes one smart card. THANKS
