HTC One Max mobile data (3g) disconnection issue

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a HTC One Max mobile and I am facing with this wierd problem of mobile data being disconnected frequently. Wifi is working fine. Mobile data / Packet data connects when the phone is restarted, it stays for a while and disconnects again. With this i am missing my office mails when i am out if home. Appreciate your valuable comments in order to resolve this issue.

Thank you All. The issue has been resolved. Earlier, I had selected the data settings on 4g where as I was having the 3g connection. Proper packet data mode selection resolved the issue.

Do Manual Network Selection and PUT the MODE on AUTO and you are good to go.

If Still Facing Same Issue then Hard Reset The mobile.

NOTE : BACKUP 1st before Doing hard Reset
