I prefer Apple!
if you're an apple user before u wouldn't have any issue with the ipad 4..but being an android fan it will be a bit hard for you to switch to apple..
both boast of good specs but samsung note 10.1 is better with almost the same price..
the Note 10.1 can make voice calls and sms but not the ipad 4 which cn only send sms..u can however use voice calls using VOIP apps..
lastly if you're fond of drawing and taking notes the Note is perfect and impressive..
