iphones upgraders

I have an iphone 4 jailbreaked and unlocked that needs to be updated to IOS 5 (or newest) without loosing apps or data.
Also I have an iphone 3Gs that really needs to be updated to at least 4.3 (or better), same rules as before : without loosing data or apps.

Anybody?

You can upgrade your Iphone 4 to IOS 5.0 but not to IOS 5.0.1 or 5.1.

I had upgraded my iphone from firmware 4.3 to firmware 5.0 and used redsn0w_win_0.9.9b4 to jailbreak. This jailbreak is only tethered.

Team P0ison announced they wont do any more jailbreaks for 5.01 .. are you sure u wana lose all ur jailbreak apps ?
