@Peorj : When they say warranty from company, check if it is Manufacturer or their distributor warranty, if it is go for it. If they just say company, meaning their own company, it may be difficult to get a replacement or any repairs done on your phone, if problems arise. Cheaper means, limited warranty. Then again, how often does a brand new phone breakdown in a one year time. Go for it!

@peorj: dear one more thing just check the made it matters...
