Nintendo Wii System Update

Hi all, I have a Nintendo Wii bought in the UK in December 2008, and I had it chipped. I have recently bought a Wii Fit and my Wii is telling me to perform a system update, now I know I cant do this as it is chipped.

Is there anyone who is technologically minded that knows a way round this, else I have just wasted 700 riyals for something I can't use!

Go to souq Al Jabor, theres an electronic shop on the outer side probably the 2nd shop and ask them they do sell Wii as i got one from them,they gave technicians as well may be it could help.Good luck.

use a copy of WII FIT PLUS instead of original
