Computers rarely come with driver CDs anymore, since it is cheaper for the manufacturers to make the drivers available on internet. The only problem you might have in downloading the drivers from Internet is if you dont have internet access or you have a network card driver corruption!!! ;-)
Go to http://www.hp.com/#Support and download all of the drivers for yourself and store them on your own CD. The only driver i ever download and save for my computers are the network drivers. Once connected to Internet i download drivers as and when i need them. The reason for this is that if you do decide to download ALL the drivers:
1. It can take a VERY long time. Some driver files are in excess of 100MB.
2. The drivers are updated farely frequently, so as soon as you create your own CD chances are those drivers will be dated.
I recommend:
1. Download network drivers. Save them to HARD DISK AND CD.
2. Visit above link at least once a month and update your drivers. This way you will always be up to date.
It should come with the package. Check the list of contents in the package to check if there should be a CD. Be aware that it is the motherboard CD itself.
One possibility is to download drivers from hp.com
Hp laptops dont come with recovery disks anymore but if you see in your D drive.Your drivers and installation files are preloaded there. In case of a Format, you can install it from the D drive. And if u still insist on having a Disk ( just to be on the safer side )
U need to go to Programs menu, there you will see
Recovery Manager ==== > Recovery Disk Creation. Follow the steps and make sure 1st that u have a few DVD`s handy.
I don't know about here, but in the States they normally don't include a driver CD, they may include a restore CD which is a customized CD with OS and drivers (you cant use it to do a new install) but thats about it. Generally almost all required drivers should be preloaded with the OS whether it is XP or Vista.
They are not really giving out CD's for driver. In case you need to format, you need to download it from the HP website. I'd called Lulu several times about this.

HPs haven't been coming with driver or recovery disks for a long time now.
They instead come with a recovery partition.
