Hi Folks

I have a question for the engineers who are working here in Qatar, I need to know what is the PLC version OR SCADA version that the factories are using here in Qatar or they are using DCS

Thanks a lot for all of you.

What I need to exactly is what is the common PLC version that factories in Qatar are using?

And as DCS is a combination between PLC+SCADA so I asked if the factories are using PLC only OR SCADA only OR DCS.

There you go. And we use Siemens Step 7 on BACNet, ProfiNet and ProfiBus with our own front end

Major Industry is on DCS and mesh network architecture from Invensy Process Systems Foxboro I/A Series distributed control system (DCS) Version 8, including mesh architecture. Other GTL/SHELL ETC- DCS & SCADA SystemS.
