Before 4 months i disconnected my mosaic tv cleared all the dues then telepone transfere to my company name.But the problem bill is not stopped and still comming to my name.i visited qtel many times.plz advise.

but my problem is they issuing bill for me monthly two time and they disconnect outgoing, i know them very well, that is why i am paying accurately but still the same. i called many time 111 and wait more than hour (some times no answering) then they give another number. if i call that number no one answer.. This is the QTEL.
well no surprise.... just go there every week, try to see the same person, one day she will call someone who can help even if they tell you they only can input in system, at the end they CAN call someone who can make things happen....

i asked to shift my line from one area to another
it was submitted on DEC 28 2009 , the line only shifted on March 1 2010 !!!!!!!!!!!!!11.
and guess what the they changed the line number
and what els the old line number is still working and i have to pay 750 QR :))))))))))
the line is not used by me since i evacuated the old area on the same date 28 Dec 2009
