Shops that sell PAL/EU games consoles

I want to buy a 3DS XL, but I'm not sure which stores sells the PAL versions, i.e. EU region games consoles. Does anyone know of stores that sells PAL 3DS XLs?

Note: I know that Virgin supply PAL 3DS XLs but I want to look at the prices in other stores, so that I can compare them against Virgin's price.
