first u need 2 download apple software update once u download n wen u r connected to ur internet automatically it will gv u a msg tht u have updates.then open itunes(if u dnt hv itunes software then download it from apple website) then open ur itunes connect ur fone to ur desktop or ur laptop with the usb cable provided n to ur left of itunes u will find ur iphone symbol just click there it will show updates click n update ur fone.

judy check on youtube and google..you can do it urself as i did, update 3.0 and jailbreak, unlock for free..
