Where can I develop photos cheaply

Where can I develop 4x6(normal size )photo for 1 riyals?

Nowadays most of shops charge 2riyals.want to develop many photos.so would like to find a cheaper place.

Please give me some information.

try ask at photo shop in city centre just before Carrefour entrance opposite UAE exchange..
