Who is responsible for repair / replace the TV under warranty

I purchased a TV (SONY , BRAVIA) from Carrefour 3 months back , Now it is not working ... I called the SONY service center several times... still no proper response.. .and I conveyed message to CARREFOUR ccustomer care too....they forwarded my complaint to SONY...then i received some calls that they are coming to check the TV...NOW It is almost 15 days since my TV has not been working ... nothing has been done so far.... What I have to do now.........
The joys of buying electronics from Carrefour with a so called warranty. Always a drama. Keep on at 51East since they are the appointed distributor.
