Aramex (Shop and Ship) are trying to scam me!

So I decided to order a laptop from Turkey two weeks ago and it was shipped to my ShopandShip address in Turkey. The order had a laptop and a headset. Each in a different shipment.
When both reached, Aramex employees in Turkey marked my laptop as a “battery” and not a laptop, taking advantage of the battery shipping ban in Qatar so that they could steal the shipment for themselves!
I have been trying to contact Aramex office in Qatar for the past 3 days and I have not gotten any where really. Employees here including managers understand that issue and they confirmed that there is nothing against shipping a laptop from Turkey yet none of them tried to fix the shipment details and change it from “battery” to laptop to complete the process.
I have sent them everything to prove it is a brand new sealed box laptop and not a battery. I sent the invoices, the order details. I even provided them with a link to get them to the order status page on the store website but nothing done on their end.
I am really not sure what my options are right now! I am really stressed as it is a very expensive laptop and they are extremely careless in the way they are handling the issue!
*TLDR:* Ordered laptop to my Turkish Shop and Ship address. The employee who signed for it marked it as a battery and not a laptop. Qatar has restrictions against shipping separate batteries/power banks so Aramex is rejecting the shipment. Sent invoices and all order details and despite the employees and managers in Qatar understanding the issue, they didn’t do much to correct it so far. Any advice on what I should do?
