Xbox one issue with multiplayer gaming

Hi ,

I recently bought xbox one. Unable to play with friends. Has to something to do with "Nat unavailable"

"Teredo IP unavailable". Am using Vodafone internet connection with Huawei router.

Anyone has a solution to fix this please help me. I'm at my wits end and almost regretting buying an Xbox.

Mistake number 1: You bought an XBox. Go by a Playstation.

It has to do with the router. Many Xbox users around the world are having the same issue, maybe you could try to change the router settings from IPV6 or if you did change it, you can call Vodafone and let them help you reset your router.
