Air Quality Indoors

progressions
By progressions

Having been here for just five weeks today, I am already noticing some respiratory symptoms in my husband and myself. I understand that the air quality is poor here in Qatar for a multitude of reasons. Can anyone share with me the solutions they have employed within their homes to help clean the air and combat symptoms? Are air purifiers and humidifiers a help? Thanks for your helpful suggestions and knowledge.

Cases like today are exceptional.

I doubt, you like to keep open the windows thinking it is fresh & lovely ?

Try to keep the windows closed, till your symptoms go off.

One suggestion is to clean the A/Cs filters frequently.
