How old is Doha map?

I have been here in Doha since 2005. I found this old map very interesting. Can you date it?

even Live was better than Bing.. even the BING logo looks old-fashioned and miserable..

1st we had hotbot/altavista/and many other search engines, all crappy.
MS started with LIVE, then BING... They are nothing compared to Goooooooooogle.
(Why is messenger still called live messenger, shouldn't it be bing messenger ... I bingd you last night and you didn't reply, I will bing you every day ... - still sound dirty)
and hey my Microsoft team friends try to convince me to use this Bing...oh no thanks, I am much happier with Google , and only Google, even yahoo doesn't come any close..

stealth, that's what exactly I was thinking about.. first, when I opened the map, I thought: well, it is a Satellite map, so shouldn't be any older then 2-3 months.. but then I realized there are no towers, no Four Seasons, no other buildings.. so I am wondering what's the point to return as a search result a few years old a "satellite map", which suppose to be actually an instant shot?

I was listening to a podcast full of Microsoft people, they just kept saying things like "It's simple, just bing it", or "We bing-ed what we wanted"... It sounds dirty.
Khalifa stadium still not renovated, Aspire Dome not even started, so it can't be after 2002
