this was or still(?)being used in london, i heard it has its flaws. you can escape by switching lanes before the next point. i'm not sure but i read that police are complaining about it.

This was mentioned in one of the Arabic newspapers last week. Such news rarely come in the english dailies. Apparently it's already installed on the Abu Samra highway.

Our Arab qlers may be able to get the link for this info.
