One week time to collect detained cars

The Ministry of Interior has given one-week’s time for the owners of vehicles detained at the detention center in the Industrial Area. The announcement points out that ‘in case of failure to show up during seven days after the date of this notice, the vehicles shall be crossed out.

Only QT has used "crossed out" in the announcement. Other newspapers say "registration cancelled".. No clue whose lingo it is!
