3D / 4D Ultrasound, any recommendations?

Would like to know where can i have 3d/4d ultrasound? I have been reading about Dr. Mariam, and would like to ask the exact details where can i make an appointment? and how much will it cost nowadays after seeing all the post which was posted over a year ago.

Or.. if you have any other suggestions like in Hamad, if do i need referrals or i can just do walk ins?
